I wanted to be a best selling author, or a renowned musician whose songs are known around the world. 

13+ years later, I continue writing words & songs, but I counsel people in need of help every day. It’s the only job I can say with absolute conviction that I’ve ever truly loved. 

Many years ago, my own counselor, Larry (RIP), saw something in me that I couldn’t see. 

”Josh, you have something that cannot be taught. You could help a lot of people. I think you should consider working in human services.”
