Julia Rebecca Miron is a mindfulness teacher, coach, and writer featured in Chicken Soup for the Soul. Qualified by Brown University to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), she brings over 15 years of personal practice to her work. Julia is also a certified Speaking Circles® Facilitator and host of The Messy Meditator Podcast. With a down-to-earth, real-talk approach, she supports clients and students in navigating and embracing mindfulness, messiness, and life. In her spare time, she loves hiking, gardening, spending time with friends, listening to music (particularly R&B and hip hop), and going to live shows.
